Refund & Return Policy

At Snah Organics, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within seven days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once we receive and verify your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within seven to ten business days. We do not offer direct exchanges, but you are welcome to place a new order for a replacement product after receiving your refund.
